The room

The cabinets are antique white polyurethane. Bottles float on back-lit Perspex panels. Mirrors extend the room. The floor is silver tile. The doors are finished in Axolotl, a bronze-patina metallised paint.

Stainless rod racking sits on black bottle shelves. Glass shelves run over the climate grilles. Light is from recessed downlights and LED strip along the racking. The entry lock is a digital keypad.

The cabinets, the floor, the doors and the fit-out were made and installed by the client’s own trades, from the design. Eamonn consulted and designed. He did not build, supply or install the cellar, and he does not carry construction liability for it.

Design and installation

These frames show the work as it was built and fitted. The client’s own trades did that work. Eamonn designed the cellar. He did not build, supply or install it.
