The site

eamonnegan.com is published by Eamonn Egan, Cellar Design Consultancy. The contracting entity is to be confirmed before launch. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Information, not an engagement

The pages are general information about a design consultancy. They are not professional advice for your project, and they are not an offer you can accept by using the form. A consultancy engagement exists only when a written fee letter is agreed. If a page and a fee letter disagree, the fee letter wins.

The consultancy does not offer, through this site or otherwise, to build, fabricate, supply or install cellars, plant, lighting or joinery, and it does not take on construction liability. Work of that kind, if it happens, is between you and your own trades.

Photographs and text

Text on the site is © Eamonn Egan unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs credited to a photographer, including “Photography: Ken Martin, True Blue Cockatoo”, remain the property of that photographer. Other photographs should be treated as not available for reuse. Ask before you copy an image or a passage for your own site or a publication. Names such as Vin~Crypt belong to their owners and are used here only to describe the Artisan project as the 2013 media release described it.

Enquiries

Don’t submit a street address, and don’t submit information about someone else that you are not entitled to send. The handling of an enquiry is described in the Privacy Policy.

Links

Links to press and to Instagram leave this site. Those sites have their own terms. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other site.

Liability

The site is provided in good faith. To the extent the law allows, Eamonn Egan is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information here rather than on advice given under a fee letter. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Law

The governing law is to be confirmed before launch, between Australia and Ireland. Until that sentence is completed, these terms should be read as a draft.
