TODO: Opening paragraph in your own words. Who you are, how you came to cellar design, and how you like to work with a client and their architect.

TODO: A short note on where you are based in Australia and in Ireland, in the level of detail you want public. Suburb is enough. No street address.

What is already on the record

Eamonn Egan advises on the engineering, climate, lighting and layout of cellars. He consults for private collectors, restaurants, bars, hotels and commercial wine storage, and he works alongside their architects, interior designers and builders. He does not build, fabricate, supply or install.

From the public record: he was Chief Executive of Artisan Wine Storage, which in September 2013 launched a $2 million climate-controlled facility in Lane Cove West, Sydney. Methuselah’s Cellar at that facility was meticulously designed by him. The case study stays inside those facts.
