Milsons Point Penthouse

Designed by Eamonn Egan. A modern cellar in a Milsons Point penthouse, for about 1,000 bottles, in American walnut, with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. He consulted and designed. He did not build, supply or install it.

The room

The cellar holds about 1,000 bottles in American walnut. A frameless glass door is the entry. From the penthouse, the view takes in the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The joinery and the door were made and installed by the client’s own trades, from the design. Eamonn designed the cellar. He did not build, supply or install it, and he does not carry construction liability for the work.
