Designed by Eamonn Egan. A modern cellar in Mona Vale for about 3,000 bottles, in Jarrah timber, with a 12-seat table. He consulted and designed. He did not build, supply or install it.

Features

The room

The cellar holds about 3,000 bottles in Jarrah timber racking. Lighting is adjustable and mounted on the ceiling. A table seats 12. Magnums are displayed against a burgundy splashback. Storage includes diamond bins, individual and display racking, and space for cases.

The joinery was made and installed by the client’s own trades, from the design. Eamonn designed the cellar. He did not build, supply or install it, and he does not carry construction liability for the work.
