The room
The cellar holds about 3,000 bottles. The racking is maple melamine with anodised aluminium. It is climate controlled. Corkscrew drawers, bulk diamond bins, individual Burgundy bottle storage and suede-lined displays sit under LED lighting.
This is a separate project from Neutral Bay – Cavern Cellar. The joinery and the climate plant were made and installed by the client’s own trades, from the design. Eamonn designed the cellar. He did not build, supply or install it, and he does not carry construction liability for the work.
